Apartment renovation is not done every day. But when you finally decided on this, the question itself arises, and who is this repairs will do? Most likely, you will have to hire someone, of course, if the whole repair does not boil down to plywood wallpaper in one room or hallway. And here two options are possible - a private trader or a construction company. But in any case, one may encounter dishonesty and low qualification of the masters.

The fact is that even construction companies hire specialists, in general, the same. As a rule, among those who advertise in the local newspaper, stands at construction stores, offering services, or simply sticks on the poles ads with their phone numbers.

Therefore, the professionalism of "branded" workers and private traders can be almost the same. At the same time, the responsibility of both of them is the same: for a poor-quality work and outright hack-work, no customer will give his money.

It often happens that flaws are discovered shortly after the repair is completed, the money paid, and the workers have long been working at another facility. Here the question arises, who will eliminate the deficiencies, will the masters agree to return again? If they agree, will they eliminate the flaws for free or will they require additional payment?

Even when the work was carried out by the company, everything was sealed with signatures and a large seal, it is quite possible that no one will immediately pay attention to your cries for help, and will not rush right away to eliminate the imperfections. Moreover, there are cases when firms simply disappear, and then there will be absolutely nowhere to complain.

But if the company did not fall apart and even sent its masters to you, then often their main task is to do nothing, in any case, for free. With a tenacity worthy of better application, businesspeople will argue that cracks in the ceiling are the result of a building sagging or leaking roof, although it is several floors above your ceiling. Swollen parquet and fallen wallpaper are simply the result of careless handling or natural disaster.

The meaning of such beliefs is that the contract says that such damage is repaired only at an additional cost. In this case, you will have to turn to an independent examination and, based on its results, uphold your innocence in court. But quite often, such an unsuccessful repair ends with a request for help from other specialists, as a rule, from neighboring countries.

Foreign specialists from Turkey, Bulgaria, Yugoslavia, Romania, etc. also work in Russia. Such brigades perform apartment repairs more efficiently, but at the same time, the cost of repair increases from one and a half to two times. And even under these conditions, all sorts of misunderstandings can also occur, though much less often.

We should not forget that in communicating with the customer, both companies and private craftsmen use a whole set of tricks and tricks, the meaning of which is quite simple: everyone wants to get as much as possible for their work. Here are just two examples of how companies want to receive an order, what tricks they resort to.

If you are talking with a company representative on the phone, then on the other end of the wire you are stubbornly reluctant to tell what the cost of the work will be. Like, you have to come, see the object, evaluate the amount of work, and so on and so forth. Of course, the apartment is different, of course, you need to look at the place, but at least the approximate cost of the work the manager of the company can say.

It happens exactly the opposite. You are quickly informed of the estimated cost of the repair, and so seductive and profitable that it is simply impossible to refuse.Of course, in this case, a specialist comes to you for a detailed assessment.

One may ask, what is the catch here, what is the purpose of such actions? It turns out everything is quite simple: find out the coordinates of the customer. Representatives of the company will call you by telephone, convincing that it is this company, and no other will be able to fulfill all your wishes. And if the company sits completely without orders, then there are often cases when specialists will simply come to your home, wait near the entrance and impose their services.

If the firm aggressively offers its services, and you decide to contact another, then you need to declare this right away, and not play on a damaged phone. Best of all, if, as an explanation for the refusal, it is possible to find a sufficiently good reason.

The choice of masters or company for apartment renovation is not a one-minute process or even one-day process; there are plenty of nuances and difficulties in this matter. Even the recommendation of friends and relatives who used the services of a company or team, one hundred percent does not insure against misses and failures.

There is no universal recipe in this business, your luck plays a significant role. Often the best decisions are made simply intuitively, although intuition can also let you down.
