Eternal problems with interruptions in water supply, the need to provide a small farm in the water, the need for a reliable irrigation system of vegetable gardens, gardens, increased pressure in the water supply system are just some of the problems that Russians face. All of them affect the desire of consumers in any way to ensure permanent access to water resources.

So, AQUAROBOT is capable of:

  • automatically turn off the pump when the pressure rises above the maximum set point and turn it on when the pressure drops below the minimum set point,

  • switch off the pump in the absence of water flow, pump jamming (protection against dry running),

  • after shutdown, due to the detection of malfunctions, it is able to carry out test starts in 5, 20, 60 minutes, and in the event of water appearing, it immediately puts the pump into operation.

It is possible to use the system at a reduced mains voltage (up to 170V). Maximum pump power - 2.2 kW, maximum current - 20 A. AQUAROBOT Turbipress operates with single-phase submersible and surface pumps.

The pump control unit can be used equally as gardeners, owners of country houses, and various industrial enterprises and organizations.

On the front side of the device there are two LEDs, red - "accident", green - "control". Green is on when the AQUAROBOT Turbipress is on, and red is on only in case of malfunctions.

"AQUAROBOT" consists of microcontrollerinteracting with a pressure sensor and a water flow switch. The set parameters of the threshold pressure of the pump on / off are indicative for the microcontroller, checking them with the pressure sensor data, the microcontroller sends a signal to turn on / off the pump.

It also interacts with a water flow sensor, the only difference is that in the latter case it only checks for a water flow in the system. If there is no water in the system, then"AQUAROBOT Turbipress" will turn off the pump and at a certain frequency will check for water. If water does not appear within 24 hours, the device stops trying to turn on the pump and goes into alarm indication mode.

After eliminating the emergency situation with the lack of water in the water supply source, the device can be started manually by pressing one of the two buttons. After that, he returns to work with the settings previously set on it.

For visual control of pressure on the device there is a manometer.The system also has three threaded nozzles, cable input / output. All devices are enclosed in a plastic case, this gives the structure a harmonious look and design.

The pressure pipe and the water consumer must be installed in the system so that the direction of the water flow corresponds to the arrow on the device body, i.e. from source to consumer. Both vertical and horizontal installation are acceptable. All connections must be tight.

The electrical connection must be done according to the scheme attached to the device documentation. 2 cables are connected to the watercolour - one from the pump, the other from the mains.

After connecting, it is necessary to fill the system with water and configure the device. On the device, you can set the lower and upper pressure, like a conventional pressure switch. The difference is that when performing these steps on other devices, for example, pressure switch PM-5, it is necessary to twist special nuts with the cover removed.

In this case, all the settings are performed using two buttons on the front panel of the watercolor, which is much more convenient and enjoyable. The programming process for setting the upper and lower pressure limits is not complicated, it takes several minutes and is described in sufficient detail in the instruction manual.

The automatic control unit for the AQUAROBOT Turbipress pump is very convenient. It is easy to install, it is easy to program, you can not forget about the high reliability, quality of the task. Despite all of the above, the cost of the device is acceptable and is no more than 3 thousand rubles.
